All Toribash players with a 1000 TC or more in their accounts on May 15 will get a new special item.
The item value will be based on the number of TC you own at the time of the item creation.

because...if the items can be sold...players can easily abuse it to double their TC.
if someone had 1000000 Tc...you give the player item that worth 1000000 and then the player sell the 1000000 item and the player TC is now 2000000
