You may want to make your heads a tad bit smaller.
They seem fairly large.
And may have trouble fitting on tori...

I like these, but on your transformer head try and add a few more colours rather than just a strait red or blue. it looks too much like paint and a five year old. other than that one i think they're alright.

As long as they're 128x128 they'll be the right size. I think your image dimensions are way off on some of 'em, when they get scaled down the quality will be lowered. A lot.

As far as the other heads... they look pretty copy and paste / MS Paint - y. Try to improve the quality of work a little, if you have to copy and paste at least make an effort to make it look good all the way around the head (also, save the spinny globes as GIFs so we can see the backs of the heads and whatnot).
