took the job seriously for the first week or so, sort of the whole ban first ask questions later MO (HELLO THORN), then I eventually chilled out and started dealing with the problems in a brosy and totally non-dickish way. Right now I'll only ban you if I really think you're hopeless, otherwise talking usually does the trick
