What's the hell is that thing that the people say: "This is a clean decap" ect...?

basically, it means either a quick decap which is only a decap, nothing else, or it might be a decap where there are no self dismemberments.

The move looks clean, for example, grabbing your opponents chest and bring your leg up in an uninterrupted arc to decap them, it looks clean.

It looks dirty when you're grabbing your opponent, with your arms all twisted up, and your opponent's head comes off from stress.
