If you meant 600 TC, you should save more until you have at least 10k for decent colors.
They don't sell it anymore, it's been ages since they last did that. The only way to get no qi items, is to buy a pack and then unpack the items in it.

Like devil1337 said the marketeers used to do that, but now the group has been disbanded after hanz0 left. So you can't "PM one" like bomba said. However hanz0 is apparently back, at least for a little while, and he was such a huge part of the community before he left, maybe it will come back. So maybe hold on to that TC for a week or so.
