1.) Take a screenshot of yourself in the pose/with the shader you want.
2.) Open up some kind of image editing software (GIMP is good).
3.) Load your screenshot and paste on the template for your rank.

4.) Crop the photo to the dimensions of the template.
5.) Add your name in size 25 Molot font twice to the image.

6.) Make each of your names a different colour.
7.) Overlay one on top of the other, one or two pixels off.
8.) Merge everything together, and send it to a leader or co-leader to put up!
