And also what should I add on the head?

the red stuff below the eyes doesn't match the rest of the texture, try a different style for it maybe? everything else looks pretty sick I think I like the first one better

The best advice I can give you is what CubeBrush said in a video.

You must learn how to draw or must have solid linework.
You must have good values you're happy with.
If you master those two, you can color easily.

Hairs don't look like hairs, you have to draw them line by line, like here:

All the head needs more details, so you should spend more time on your work, put more effort in it
Eyes, headband, skull, bones, all it need more work
As for me, the best advice for now it is just practice, read and watch some tutorials and use some techniques for your works
Also feel free to pm me for cnc
