the rules of recruiting are being updated and will be up tonight when i get home from work.

I'm interested in taking up the position, but perhaps at a later time. I'm not sure if a test is necessary, but if so, I wouldn't be in a good position to test anyone. Also, I could forsee that I, being a fairly bad brown belt, might give the clan a bad image for appointed unskilled players to important positions. Also- I'm relatively new.
