A couple of questions
I've just ended up frying my fans because of a...night on the bottle.

erm, so I decided to buy a new GPU along with a fan,

my budget is currently £200, or $311

I plan to run stuff like crysis, FEAR 2 toribash with fully loaded graphics.

Yea, 200 GBPounds should get you the 1GB 460 GTX, go for the 1GB because the 1GB also has a bigger bandwidth to the memory, which improves the speed a whole lot. Best card for 200, by far.

As for the case 120mm fan (which I assume is what you want):

Or you could just go for a simple Tricool, they are nice, have varied LED colors, and cool well, with three settings.
