Activating windows 7 make downloads faster?
^Title says it all. Does activating windows 7 make downloads faster? I finally activated windows 7 to get rid of the annoying message and before, downloads were usually
100kb - 300kb on steam but now they are up to 450kb - 600kb. Is this just a qiuncedince or what?
I'd like to a famous youtuber. =3

Probably because your OS is faster now, allowing more room for downloads.
