It's going to be terrible.

It's a movie based off of a videogame.

That is usually the case, except for Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children wasn't too bad.

It wasn't really about the game though.

I thought it was just based on the characters and not actually based on events from the game.

It took place after the game, but still had to do with the game, so that was the part I liked. I like how they came up with a new idea for the movie, it worked.
