can't relax and hold
i don't know why, once clicked, the joints can't be relaxed and held. it makes me move just like a noob
.

Setup -> Options -> Mouse buttons 1

That should do the trick.

I got the same thing today. when i spawn, i can only choose between force left or right. i press c and i can still only choose between force left or right, and i even restarted toribash,
still no difference, any help or suggestions?

Follow what Dargon said. If that didn't help you might want to reinstall toribash as it may be having some kind of glitch.
