my idiot friend made an account henrytung using school network and scammed
since it is school network the ip is the same so the other moderator confirmed me as henrytung

Proving that other accounts have been used on that IP isn't sufficient ban lifting proof and the whole my friend did it excuse won't get you far. If you feel you can bring some real evidence to the table or that you still have a case, feel free to post in the Complaint Box.

Edit: as well as this your story changes, at first henrytung and tunghnery don't know each other. The moment the IPs are found to match, you claim he is your friend from school. Pretty obvious it's your alt. I would suggest accepting and waiting the ban out.
