can any one make me a render for 20k-30k

like a custom arm that does not look like squar or round for example look
at post [S]Custom Joint Renders then u will know

they can't go ingame..
a 3d render mean:
a composition of 3d models where effects got applied... like mirroring/transparency/bumpmaps/etc.

if you want something which give to your texture a depth... you have to buy bumpmap textures and put them to your tori u.u
