You need Toribash 3.9 or higher.
Open your Toribash application: Main Menu > Setup > Options > put a tick on Shaders and Ray Tracing.
But watch out! You need to have a good computer in order to run Ray Tracing fluently.
About the camera options: If you use Free Camera (by pressing 2) and using the keys you already mentioned you can get pictures like you see in the thread (the link you posted).
W moves your camera to front.
S moves your camera backwards.
A moves your camera in a left direction
D moves your camera in a right direction.
Shift + W moves your camera up.
Shift + S moves your camera down.
Shift + A moves your camera to left.
Shift + D moves your camera to right.
When you're satisfied with what you see, type /opt hud to remove things like the frames, nicknames and such and then press F8 to take a screenshot. Go to C:/ Games / Toribash 3.xx > screenshots folder to get the screenshot you've take
Try it out.
Any more questions of doubts, feel free to ask.
PS: The pics you saw on the thread are in high resolution because is a 512x512 (the highest resolution so far) set.
