i met two players i wanted to like have in a friends list or something but i cant find it help

well you need to find thier accounts in the forums and add them ass an friend

Click that "User CP" button, and on left there should be "Networking" part and "Contacts and friends" click it, and you can add them.

You can also go to Community > Contacts & Friends located in between the thread title and "Post Reply" button

For ingame friends there are two ways off adding them.
