If someone steals a head and then they stop using it and admit it how long is the ban due for?

I would say no ban since they stopped actually using the head. For instance, they may have used it by mistake and then found out it was wrong before someone reported. So they are the small exception to avoiding a ban in that case.

However, I may be totally wrong about this. That was just my opinion.
