See my mug , it'll probably turn the flowers black
Bad
The contrast between the white, red, and dark silver is weird.
Also whats the hat thing with hair?
Lower the face a lot and retry the colors.
don't talk to me or my dudes ever again
For a first try this is pretty good! I do suggest lowering the face and making some realistic eyes-skin color-and hair.

Hello.. I'm Llama
Try moving the eyes more to the center, and those armor-plate-things could use a little more shading ;)
Skuzee?
thx for cnc skuzee but help me...how to shading and what is it? show me some threads what helps or some picture's..

Shading is creating shadows, or highlight parts of the texture.
For shadows, just imagine a light source falling from the top of the texture to the bottom, and you will see where shadows should be placed.
If you are using Photoshop it works like this:
1. Find spot for the shadow
2. Draw small black line on that place
3.Use Gaussian Blur on it
4. Maybe lower the opacity until you like the result.

Its pretty much the same for highlights, but you use a white color, and you put it, where the texture should "shine" a little.

Hmm, I think it's similar in Gimp, Gaussian Blur should be available there as well.
