in the torishop the sapphire prim and grad are free,and when i clicked on "buy now" it said i got it. but when i checked in my inventory it won't show... someone pls tell me wats going on.

There's no such thing as a free lunch. I doubt they're supposed to be free. If you try buying them you'll also see a text saying "this item isn't available yet".
