I don't know how to keep on shading this head, so I'm just giving it away. Taking the lazy way out es no bueno.

Done as an exercise to learn GIMP. Inspired by the Alexander from Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. If anyone wants the eyes or red parts recolored just tell me and I'll try my best.
