Simple as that and it is what it is - an item which allows you to upload a sound (max 5 sec long) that will play at the start of each fight of yours.

Should be played automatically, if you have a proper version of tb client.
Should work with 4.2 and 4.3

I didn't check it in-game yet as I'm at work atm, it may be restricted to play only sound of one tori at the time, otherwise it'd be too messy. That's just a guess, tho.
