*Super moderators
Super Moderators, or SMods, have blue names. They maintain the forums. This can include editing posts, moving threads, giving out infractions, etc. They are basically our parents. They help us out, but also provide discipline. You usually want to PM an smod before anyone else if you have a problem, they can either fix it, or redirect you.

*Administrators
They have red names and are pretty much souped up SMods.

Administrators - Administrators are the cream of the crop, the top dogs (apart from ninjas). Highly visible and about as powerful as you can get, Administrators sport a bright red name. Administrators are forum moderators, in-game administrators and they oversee everything that happens in Toribash, including watching over and monitoring the Super Moderators. They may be called upon to deal with the larger issues concerning Toribash also.

Moderating Roles
- Local mods watch over a single board or section on the forums. They make sure the rules for each board are followed.
- GMs host events and take care of in-game moderation. They aim to keep people entertained and keep toribash interesting.
- Msquad keep the market running and handle scam cases.
- Clan mods help run the clan council and moderate the clan section.
- Smods do all of the above, and keep an eye on forum moderation as well as the game itself.
- Admins lead or manage the different staff groups, and moderators.

Sometimes these jobs overlap i.e. you have GMs working with msquad for scam cases, or clan mods working with GMs for clan events.

Behind The Scenes
TSAs(Torishop Admins) are responsible for the torishop's on/off switch. They help the GMs and msquad by doing maintenance work to keep the market and torishop in order, also to make scamming completely pointless.
Ninjas are admins who dabble in a bit of everything, and are involved with the major decisions in toribash. TSA and ninja only go to people who are already involved behind the scenes.
Devs press the repair button when things break, and the add new feature button when they have the time for it. You might be able to become a dev if you know how to do it.

Non-Moderating Roles
Item Forgers create new items that you see in toribash. Currently this group is still developing, as are their tools.
The clan council votes on applications from orgs or clans that want to become official, as well as applications from other people wanting to join the council itself.
Bloggers write stuff for the blog and try to keep the community up to date with recent events.
Unibash is for teaching, and aims to help introduce new players to toribash.
Organisations are set up by regular members. There are a few which aim to teach or host events. Each org will have its own rules and processes for joining.

THE PROCESS
For most positions, we accept applications. We do not accept applications for clan mod, TSA, ninja, or admin. You need to be a part of the group before you lead it, or at least know how it all works.
