Help please.

TB determines what flag to set next to your nick based on your IP. If you can't see yours, it means your IP doesn't let the system identify your country. This happens to lots of people so you shouldn't really worry about it (even funnier, sometimes people from Poland can get Norwegian flags for example). Only way to "fix" it would be to change your IP which pretty much equals changing your internet provider, and that's not worth it. Other opportunity would be hoping that system would suddenly recognize what country you are based on that IP, but that's fat chance.
