OML, That shouldn't even be considered a set bc and you could call it anything - why call it a ninja set. Just bc the head is remotely resembling a ninja (¬_¬)

You can upload tga files and when they named properly (bodypart names) you can use multiple texture uploader. Also when you /dl someone his texture files downloads as tga file. Because game runs textures in tga file. Probably the creator of the set export them in tga to view ingame.

I downloaded it and its a .rar thing. What do I do to this file do I just put it into "Tori" or "Mark0911" or what?

You have to have bought the texture items from the shop.....
if it's .rar then extract it and upload the textures into the items here
the /dl yourself in game and they should appear
