i took a look at the clan leaderboard today and saw (ICE), who are 19th, but their last war was 5 months ago.

this can't be right, surely they should be a dead clan??

dead clans are registered with the amount of players they have, if a clan has 5 members, or more it won't die/become inactive.

i support this suggestion, it would be easier for newbie clans to get higher in ranking
