The way people vote people in Urban should be different, so I think we should split Urban in to 3 groups of voting.
The 3 groups should be lead by our 3 leaders.
Example:

Lutheus13 Master belt
AX7 10th Dan
Ashaltaf 10th Dan
MatoX 9th Dan
uloveme 6th Dan

Rutzor:
Bezurker 7th Dan
Ghassan 6th Dan
IceShadow 6th Dan
Melmoth 4th Dan (Urbans photographer)
TrueRayden 7th Dan

Ern:
NTWarrionr 4th Dan
Flubbah 4th Dan
Majicpooky 4th Dan
Frunk 3th Dan
TheNoobSho

That way they voting system will be a better.
For a person to get he must, get 2/3 of the clan's vote.

how would we determine if that groups vote is a yes?

so if 1 person says no in 1 gruop, and another person in another group says no, then that would be 1/3 clan saying yes.

it would be just like hvaing the 2 no's rule, which appearently has been thrown away.

That is why there is 5 people in each group.

also, what if an entire group says no. this obviously states that 6 people dont want the player in. and yet they would still gain membership because of the other 2 groups voting yes?

also, you organizing of groups makes no sense. if someone says no in one group, and another says no in another group, there could still be the possibility of memebrship gained even if those 2 people were to be placed in the same group. the grouping of certain members could decide whether or not someone gains membership.

I understand it. For people who don't, he means... oh gawd, now i'm confused just when i think about it... uhh.. Lets see, it's like judging? 3 yes or 2 yes and so on. Liek, in dodgeball the movie (I'm sure most of you've seen it.), when 2 people voted yes and 1 voted no. So voting would be much more faster. I think that might be a better idea for voting

But only until i understand Ash's idea, i'll change my mind.
