Systems in countries,
Been thinking about this for a while now, I guess I'll share it.
Can someone take over or make a new system in any state?
Like for example, how the police are sometimes seen as corrupt, is it possible for a gang/group of people start taking over the police system and later override the police and have a simply new way of doing things?
Like how there are biker gangs that do good.
Even stuff like overtaking the government/presidency/
With good intentions of course.
If this is discussion material, I guess a mod can move it there.
