Then maybe i will give advice for you aikido players :o

First off: Do not try to grab an arm you're already grabbed on to,you will fail.
secondly:kicks are shit.anyone can just grab your leg and body slam your ass.
third-ly:if your enemy is on the ground by only one foot,kick his leg and twist in your opposite direction
fourt-ly:if being lifted by your arms,you relax,hold elbows and wrists,hold knees raise shoulders and extend hips(note that this may not always work.
