so just basically like an art team, except instead of texturing or drawing, this is pixelling.
if you don't know what pixelling is, its the art of coloring pixel by pixel, to make detailed, but tiny, images(or sprites) most found in early video games like Pokemon or the 8-bit Mario games. you must zoom in (x8 or x16 is good enough), use the smallest brush size (most likely one) and color the pixels.
good programs for pixelling are: MSPaint, GIMP, and Photoshop.
