Use www.imageshack.com its to big to attach to the post.


Then hit the image button when posting & paste in the url.

Take the screenshot, upload it to imageshack.

For the spinny head, save it as a .gif, with around 30-40 frames, then when your posting click on the picture that looks like mountains with a yellow backdrop, post the link in their, & you're done, hope i helped.
