Your balance was horrible. You were very shaky. You were stiff. Your flow wasn't good. you were unrealistic.
Balance - You fell down easily the worst part is it was only the beginning. Fix your run so you don't get to fall too early
Shaky - Go with the flow don't counter it.
Stiff - Use relax and hold more
Flow - Use relax whenever possible. Don't leave joints unchecked.
Realism - You still use your arms to do impossible shit that piss me off... >.>
Ticking:
It was okay. You were stiff though and your realism is a bit off due to that. While flipping try to tuck your legs in so it will look more realistic and you can flip better.
