Matt we need more new members (good members)

We have 10 members.

OK 10 good members are better than 50 worse members.
Some rec would be good searching for some 4th dan's.

I thought only 4th dans can apply

Matt doesnt say me anything about recrutimen so i dont know if iam allowed to do i will ask him
