Hey mrlebo want a HUGE tip on making heads? For your eyes they look really kinda... blah?

So to fix that when you make the eye shape, do not bevel it, instead duplicate that layer. Pick the lower layer and make the eyes white/black or something like that. Then add a gausian blur to the black/white eye to have a black or white border (or a shadow) around it that will show through to the top eye layer.

You may need to duplicate the layer once or twice, but its better than beveling. Beveling is for lazy people.
