They're ok. That's about it. They don't have much skill in them, but i'd say the second one. Looks clean, you can see the text and it looks kinda nice. Now start using the edit button instead of double posting.

I'd say the second one to.
The first one is just a render attacked with brushes, and the 3rd and 4th are just pictures with text on them.
They all need borders too.

Not so good sigs.. But I kinda like the 2nd one, simplicity rawks.
