I went in game, i had around 4-10 fps. I did /opt hud 0 and it went from 4-10 up to 20-30.

Why does hud make me lag?

Every option takes performance from your PC. That sounds like a big leap, though, so make sure you have updated your graphics drivers.

My intel is updated.

go into esc setup options and try and make ur FPS 60 if its already 60 make it 30 try that might fix it...another thing is to disable sum stuff u think u dnt need and 1 last thing...exit all of your internet tabs if u have to many exit some programs and good luck ;)

It might just be that your computer is slow.

What's specs?

Processor type & speed, how much ram, OS version & most importantly which Intel GFX chip you've got.
