Here in venezuela, i have some bros that have venezuelan ips obviously.

we have to use proxies to get in the forums etc.

this has been a problem for like 2 weeks or so.

THIS IS NOT GOOD, GENTLEMEN.

it seems like venezuelan IPs are blocked or something

this makes me a saaaaad panda.

I heard this is a problem happening in some countries on south-america.
Would be cool to figure out the problem, and have more people paying attention to this.
