Yeah, there seems to be some proportional issues with the arms.
The other arm also has this issue, though less obvious.
Also, the shading in the hands make them look a bit flat.
Especially the right one (pointing).

well uh, may have twisted it the wrong way? no biggie shes limber and uh seductive.... she will live. on a serious note, thanks for pointing it out but said part is there is only so much i can go back and fix in gimp/photoshop

a bit too, dark, hands are rough. I may fix it if i have the heart to do more postwork.

This is great, but there are some issues with the consistency of the lighting on her upper body. It seems to be a bit paler than her head, which makes it stand out. That may have been intentional, as it is the closest thing to the lamp other than the couch, but if that is the case, the desk does not have correct lighting.

When i looked closer at this picture, it seems like her hand is just floating above the couch. You should add shadow to the couch to make it seem like she were actually leaning on her left hand.
