For the Spanish and German, it doesn't matter if you use "a" for "ф", or "с" or anything else like that. So I don't know why they would use it? But for the Russian, how am I to do that? I happens to me a lot when I try to upload on Tinypic. But oh well.
I once got one in Chinese. I was like, well fuck, I don't feel like switching to a Chinese keyboard. Aside from the fact that I don't know Chinese characters.
