I have seen people doing corks and i have wanted to know how to do one and all the vids i find are either outdated, dont explain how do to it, or not the cork at all.....so hopefully someone here can help me with the different kind of cork moves or redirect me to something/someone that can. please and Thank You!

u cant ask for a "move explantation".
only thing u can do is to know how it should look like. all other is experience and skill.
i see youre blue belt. thats kinda low for asking such stuff. its okay that u want to do it, but u need much time to do one which looks "okay".

Basically what I've been told about doing corks is most of it comes from the J step at the beginning. You'd use your leg (0:15 in blub's video) to give you the spin, and your arms to give you the height.
