How would one retrieve a lost account?
If this is in the wrong place. whoopsies.
My old account is TheEpic11 and I haven't played Toribash for a while, and then I decided to start playing again.
I downloaded the new version of Toribash and when I attempt to login, nothing works.
I tried every Email and Password that I use, and i get the same results.
Is there anything I can do to retrieve it?

If you know the email for the account, you can request to recover your password.
Valterain1 was defeated by hermaphrodite on Oct 17, 2015.

Ask a Admin for a password to be sent to active email that you have registered to The account you are trying to recover

If you don't know the email to the account, tough luck.

I had a account made in 09, tried to get it back, but i didnt know the email either, told me that i need the email.

You can, however, PM an admin every e-mail that you've used and ask them to e-mail a password reset if they fin a mail with a Toribash account.
