Can you provide us with a screenshot?
And does stderr.txt or stdio.txt (if present) say anything?

Did you do it via Windows autoupdate, or did you download drivers from manufacturer's site?
If you used Autoupdate, try dry downloading and installing drivers from manufacturer's site, 'cuz WAU is known to have some problems with OpenGL..
