>still freezing and shits horribly

even sometimes i get a fucking blue screen of death when turning it on

BIOS doesn't work, tried fixing the battery options, still nothing.

Try to read the error code given when it shows the blue screen. From there, it will be easier to identify the problem.

Since it's new it's probably still under warranty, tell them you are getting BSOD and they should diagnose it (could be anything from memory to mobo really)

You won't get anywhere with the formatting then.
