Try to contact knees, or anything you want to jump with, contract as many useful joints as you can, lean over and extend. Usually works.

1.relax all
2.contract knees
3.put everything to hold
4.press space 3x
5.extend knees
6.space 2x
7.right rotate chest and left rotate lumber
8.contract buns lol
9.do whatever u want now.
