Hi Everyone.

Fraid this isn't very exiting but is entertaining. It's also very easy for beginners. Being one myself, I had a little trouble following some of the more complex moves ;) I am getting it now though.

Right, "The Hug, OF DEATH!" goes like this. It's in parts depending how far you want to take it.

PART 1.
Settings as normal, except engage distance 60.

Tense all (C)
Left bending Lumbar
Space
Contract Pecs
Space x2
Contract wrists
Space

At this point you have now decapitated you opponent. The next bit is optional but will send the head flying up a bit.

PART 2.
Raise Right Shoulder
Right bending Lumbar
Extend right pecs
Space
Extend right wrist

This will send the head flying, if you like you can at this point set the hand to grabby, and it will hold the head, allowing you to throw it pretty much anywhere.
