Sorry, I just don't like it.

It's not bad, it's so-so. To me it just looks very unclean, suck as thick lines and too cluttered.

I will keep that in mind as I make the next ones!

Bad, but on the bright side you got all the proportions right.

I know you're going for a pixelated style. But right now, there just isn't enough emphasis on contrast and bold color choices to made for it look like nicely in a pixelated style. Right now, it just looks like a roughly-made head rather than a clean and crisp pixel head. Maybe you could try looking at fawflaw's heads to see what you could do to remedy this.

Also, don't flip the texture, especially when it makes the hair make a 'V' at the top of the head.

I put the 'V' there on purpose but can remove it, as for more crisp I smoothed it to slybashes request on teh first head, its more pixelated
