Your layout doesn't appeal to me, waayy to many colors. Your clan story is a bit bland.

Over all, I like where I think you're going with this. Good Luck!

Dont use bright colors.
Cut the ranks down.
Use a better story.
Make the Layout more appealing, probobly centered with a difference in sizes for headers.

Those are some tips.
