That's not the sense of clans. You join a clan to have fun with the members of it. (If you like to mess with the best, you may join one of the highskilled clans.)(Btw, that's the sense of every game hehe.)
If you would join any clan, that would mean that you might get in a clan with people you hate, or that hate you. Or even in a clan that speaks another language
Go ingame, play in different servers. If you have fun with some people of a clan, you may apply for that clan.
