It makes flames.
Just mess around with the slide bars there and you'll see what they do.
When you're done with setting up the flame, you just name the flame and press "Create Flame".
that's about it.

Yup and just in case you didn't know how to activate it, it's Crtl+L and it's up. I hope to see you selling awesome flames soon.
