Ummmm.....about the head.
Looks like something hand drawn, but not for the purposes of a head. The "hoodie" part isn't really apparent at first.

The bell part of you nose should be lower.

I do like that you made a shadow for the hood going over the eyes.

How long did this take?

I'm not sure how long it took. probably 1 hour at total :/
