When i click in the mod link, a page with a lot of text appear

Copy that text

paste it into the notepad
and save as .txt

then rename it to .tbm

I'm note sure if you can save it directly as .tbm

Or just press Ctrl + S, name it and change file type to .tbm and save it to the mods folder.

Don't they download themselves?

not custom made mods by different players
